Little things

I thought I'd post some photos of some of the things I made pre-Christmas

Saoirse turned this.......
.... into this!

I finally got my calendar stamps and finished the class from the UKS Birthday Cyber Crop.
Just in time for the New Year!

...And these are two very excited children on Christmas Eve

OK! here's a thought.....I was thinking about New Years resolutions and I got to wondering why we don't keep them. Most of my resolutions have to do with something I genuinely don't really want to do , but are considered right or healthy ....or both! Like more excercise, giving up smoking, or God forbid, actually turning up ontime for something!I want to do something that is truly good, that I also enjoy doing, without others approval....Like......Having fun with my kids instead of doing housework...Like being creative instead of making sure the washing is done in the right order ( some people will know what I mean!).....Like living life instead of drudge. I am determined that next year I will live life without others approval...and make sure my babies will will come on the journey with me

Where has the time gone?

I can't believe November is nearly over! Time seems to go so fast and looking back on the month it seems filled with the mundane and the average.Anyway I thought I would share a layout I created for my eldest dd who was feeling a little down this month.I love this photo of her and it needed to be scrapped. I used stash from one of the Scraproom kits. I love getting these every month, the service is fantastic, and there's so much variety in them.

More Skateboarding

Aisling went off to Uisce for the week to do more outdoorsy stuff for college. She left at 9.30am and I miss her already. She'll be back on Friday. We brought the littlets and two friends to the skatepark again for a few hours. Eoghan is getting good fast.He wrecked the skateboard so we're going to have to try repair it as he's getting a new one from Santa and it doesn't look like his old one is going to last until next week never mind December!
I go back to school tomorrow after a whole week's break for mid-term.I'm not sure how i feel about that as I've really enjoyed the time off and being able to focus on my own babies.

Look at the expession on his face! It was worth standing around for two hours on a chilly November day!

All in All a Happy bunch
