New lo's

I finally stopped stroking these beautiful papers and got some scrapping done.

Fabric ATC yumminess

My good friend Sandra (remember "Needlewoman extraordinaire") has finally started blogging and displaying her very beautiful work. You can see her little gems of creativity here

Busy, busy, busy..........

....that describes my life for the past few months and, probably most other peoples. I have however managed to get some crafting done if not uploaded, so I'll just change that situation right now

And these little addictive houses for the "Pretty little Houses" Swap on UKS. Now I know I'm stretching a point with the haunted house....but I think they're purdy. I also gave Robbie the Robo a long overdue workout! The template I designed in Inkscape and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

More Cards for the UKS cc swap

I signed up for another swap. This time we have to make five cards, matching tags and, a holder. This is what I came up with:

I've added an Atc with a message for the recipient.

More Cards!

We spent the weekend in Wexford. It is so much easier to tidy a mobile home than an actual house, so I read a whole book, Steven Kings Duma Key (I loved it!) and made some cards! Yes I managed to pack some tools and card. Here are the results:
These two are based on a card designed by Jo Kill. I drew the little skulls and crossbones, the guitar is a magpie moment, it came on a pair of earrings I picked up for 50c
...and these are my own design. I used the cute journalling stamp from the March Scraproom kit and inked them with the tiny Pretty Color ink pads to get two colours on the stamp. The little birds on a branch, I drew and hand cut. I needed to make some masculine type cards for guys who aren't into sport. I think these fit the bill.
